I’m looking for a roommate that is in the LGBTQ+2S community thats a safe person and they would need to be okay to live with a non-binary trans man and his child that is 2 1/2 years old and is okay with having a hired nanny around that will be looking after my child while I’m working ; this person would need to be willing to pay half for rent and half of the utilities as well as half of the damage deposit , with the place I’m currently renting the lease runs out on May 31st,2024 at noon.
