Forty-six-year old Simpsons-Sears catalogue, Fall & Winter, 1974. In good condition aside from some scuffing on the cover. It's from a smoke-free house, and has no smells or odours. The 3 pages that are sticking out at the top RH corner are not ripped pages; this is an original flaw, from the printers - their machine didn't cut these pages evenly.
