Room for rent! The location of our beautiful duplex doesn't get better for university students. 10-15 min walk, 5 minute bike, 3 minute bus ride to the university. Located on the edge of Sutherland (one street from the 108 street bridge) it's a perfect location for getting to and from the university, easy access to downtown and both mall's. Rental prices include EVERYTHING, no variation in monthly rent for electricity, water or internet which are all included in the flat rate rent. Our duplex is 3 floors, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Your room would come with a full bathroom (shower), furnished kitchen and living room. We have 2 garage parking spots and 2 driveway spots that will be arranged via the property manager (our son who is one of the tenants), and a beautiful backyard. We would like to have tenants that are clean and trustworthy and in return a month by month agreement can be arranged with addition of rental agreement. A lease can be arranged if preferred.
