Resident Field Service Technician (2815-046)

Brandt currently has a position available for a Resident Field Service Technician located in Lloydminster reporting to the Saskatoon branch. Responsibilities: *Perform service, repair and diagnostic and preventative maintenance procedures on heavy duty construction and forestry equipment and attachments *Use related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems *Accurately and completely document all machine information, actions taken and time on work orders *Continually assess service task hazards and ensure work is performed safely and to accepted standards Requirements: *Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset *Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade preferred *Capable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy duty mechanic trade, *Committed to customer service, service excellence, and achievement *Have the ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team and other branch personnel Brandt Tractor is the world's largest privately held John Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment dealer and a Platinum member of the Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies Program.
