I have been active in weight lifting, body building, power lifting, supplementation, and nutrition for the past 18 years. I also specialize in sport specific training, and am certified through the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association. I have many years of experience training all ages with different goals, from young, highly conditioned fighters, to seniors looking to build strength, flexibility, and muscle. I started working out when I was 17 years of age, weighing only 120 pounds at 6'2" tall. Through many years of sweat, hard work, dedication, determination, and studying fitness, I have successfully put on over 100 pounds of muscle. I have acheived my fitness goals.
