Have two rooms available in the east end of Regina 5-7 minute drive to the refinery or the university. Rent includes utilities (water, energy, power, wifi) Fenced yard, quiet neighbourhood, I work shift work and am out of town a lot so I need someone that is respectful and responsible! Mini gym in the basement with laundry!!!!
