Government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) is required at your appointment to verify identity. I can also draft documents, agreements, affidavits for you. Payment options: $10 each for the first two pages and $5 for each remaining pages. It may negotiable if you like to have many documents to be notarized.
